SUMMARY:
The Media & Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role supports paid advertising, SEO strategy, analytics tracking, content development, and performance optimization across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion strategy, and customer acquisition, along with a creative eye for content and messaging. Success in this role will be demonstrated by measurable improvements in campaign performance, increased online engagement, improved conversion rates, and scalable digital growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. Conduct keyword research and manage SEM strategies to increase visibility and performance. Implement and manage back-end SEO elements, including metadata, on-page optimization, and site speed improvements. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and CRM systems. Identify performance trends and proactively recommend optimization strategies. Assist with audience targeting, retargeting campaigns, and funnel development. Coordinate digital marketing efforts with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud when applicable. Develop compelling ad copy and marketing content with a natural, conversational brand voice. Create and edit short-form video content for digital campaigns and social platforms. Schedule and manage social media content calendars when applicable. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and leadership teams. Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital tools to maintain a competitive edge. Support website updates and landing page optimization initiatives. Perform additional marketing or administrative duties as assigned. Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related role. Proven SEM experience managing Google PPC campaigns. Google Ads certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days. Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads. Experience with Google Analytics required. Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition. Experience with SEO best practices and technical optimization. Experience creating short-form video content preferred. Photography experience is a plus.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate strong copywriting ability with a clear, engaging voice. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Must be comfortable analyzing data and presenting performance insights. Must be organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Must be flexible and able to collaborate within a growing, cross-functional team. Must demonstrate initiative and willingness to dig into performance issues and propose creative solutions. Must be technically proficient in digital advertising and analytics platforms. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
