We run Google Ads all year, and we're growing Meta ads, email and our website. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who can run the day-to-day of those campaigns with our Marketing Coordinator — and tell us, in plain numbers, which ones bring real leads. What you'll do Run Google Ads day to day: search terms, negative keywords, budgets, ad copy and a weekly report Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Build and send email campaigns and newsletters to clients and leads Keep a clean record of where every lead comes from, so we know what works Update pages on our WordPress site: service pages, landing pages and basic SEO Report the weekly numbers — clicks, cost per lead, leads by source — in plain language Work with our design and social media assistant on ad creative What we're looking for 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience — at a job, freelancing or on your own projects Experience with email marketing (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar) Comfortable with numbers: Google Analytics 4, ad reports and spreadsheets You write clear, short copy in English; Spanish is a plus Google Ads certification, WordPress or SEO experience is a plus Organized, curious and honest about results — including the ones that didn't work 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S. What we offer $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Paid sick leave under San Francisco law Real responsibility for real ad budgets from your first weeks Room to grow as our marketing team grows Schedule and location Based at our office at 2265 Revere Ave, San Francisco, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is paid at the rate California law requires.
