Field Marketing Assistant - Part-Time Weekend San Leandro, CA | Onsite Part-Time | Approximately 4 hours/week | Saturday or Sunday $17-$20/hour + Performance-Based Bonus About the Opportunity Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Field Marketing Assistant to represent our company at local events, fairs, open houses, and community activities in the San Leandro area. This is a flexible, part-time weekend opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating with the public, and gaining hands-on experience in field marketing, event marketing, promotions, and community outreach . Previous marketing experience is not required. Students, recent graduates, entry-level professionals, event staff, brand ambassadors, and individuals with customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Represent SVCS in a professional and friendly manner at local events and community activities Welcome and engage with event attendees Introduce attendees to SVCS and provide basic information about our services Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials Support lead generation and community outreach activities Help identify relevant local events and community marketing opportunities Collect basic contact information and maintain simple lead/event records Assist with preparing and updating event and marketing materials Provide brief feedback or an event summary after assigned activities What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people Confident communicating with members of the public Professional and positive Reliable and punctual Available to work on weekends Organized and able to work independently Comfortable representing a company at public events Interested in marketing, events, promotions, outreach, sales, or customer engagement Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required : Field marketing Event marketing or event staffing Brand ambassador or promotional work Marketing or communications Customer service Retail Hospitality Sales Community outreach Public relations Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
