Marketing Events Assistant

Onsite Schedule:
Part-Time | Weekend | Approximately 4 hours/week

•20/hour + performance-based bonus About the Role We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Marketing Events Assistant to help represent SVCS at local events and community activities. This is a great opportunity for marketing students, recent graduates, entry-level professionals, event staff, brand ambassadors, and individuals interested in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Represent SVCS professionally at local events, open houses, and community activities. Engage with attendees and introduce them to SVCS services. Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Help generate leads, referrals, and local business connections. Identify relevant local events and community marketing opportunities. Collect contact information and maintain basic lead/event records. Assist with preparing and updating event materials. Provide feedback and a brief summary following events. Qualifications Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and positive attitude. Reliable and available to work weekends. Organized and able to work independently. Interest in marketing, events, promotions, sales, outreach, or customer engagement. Previous experience in marketing, events, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required . Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Compensation Approximately 4 hours per week Saturday or Sunday, depending on scheduled events $17
