JANUS et Cie is looking for a dynamic, organized Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our events, marketing, and PR efforts. In this role, you'll help execute standout events—from industry tradeshows to photo shoots to intimate client gatherings—while supporting email campaigns, KPI tracking, vendor relationships, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. You'll report to our Events & PR Manager and work closely with teams across the organization. What You'll Do Support event execution—tradeshows, photo shoots, and corporate/internal events Track KPIs (attendance, conversion, ROI) to inform optimization Liaise with vendors: photographers, caterers, hotels, designers, and more Assist with branded email campaigns and sales tools Maintain the global marketing calendar Support cross-functional projects: digital outreach, client gifting, media kits, press pitches, and luxury packaging of client materials Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 1-3 years of marketing/event experience, ideally at a luxury brand Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple deadlines A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and an eye for design and storytelling Our Brand Values We listen to our Customers We rely on our Members We honor Integrity We embrace Continuous Learning We lead with Design We create Value We make the World Better If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to help shape how a luxury brand shows up in the world, we'd love to hear from you.
