This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. Join Henkel's 24-month Rotational Program for Adhesive Technologies. The program is designed to develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, that leads to diverse career opportunities across our Adhesives business in the United States. What you´ll do Working in three different locations and business units throughout the program you will: Gain experience in all areas of Marketing through rotations Product Management, Market & Customer Activation, Pricing and Market Strategy. Key projects or focus areas are identified for each rotation (examples: target market activation, voice of the customer, market segmentation strategy, digital marketing). You will lead and support various aspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership. The Marketing Track will prepare you to succeed in future roles in our Adhesive organization. Mobility is required; you will work in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotations across various company locations within the region What makes you a good fit BA in Business, Marketing or related field is required Mobility is required; you will work in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotations across various company locations within the region Previous internship, co-op, summer job, or other hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred) Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges Available for full-time employment starting August 2027 Participation in this program requires valid U.S. work authorization. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
