About Harris Digital Harris Digital is a small, growing digital marketing agency working with B2B manufacturers and distributors — helping them modernize how they market and sell complex, configurable products online. We're a tight, hands-on team, and everyone here touches real client work from day one. About the role We're looking for a junior marketing associate to join our small team and help us publish, promote, and produce marketing work for our clients — while also supporting day-to-day client account tasks. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across content, paid advertising, and client reporting, with direct mentorship from our team. You'll work closely with our content strategist, designer, and video editor to get finished content out into the world, and with our Client Services lead on Google Ads management and client reporting. What you'll do Publishing & promotion Publish content (landing pages, blog posts, case studies) to client and internal websites Schedule and post social content, primarily LinkedIn, following an established content calendar Handle basic on-page SEO tasks (metadata, structuring content for search) for published pages Production support Coordinate with our designer and video editor to keep content moving from draft to published Light content formatting and editing — turning drafts into publish-ready pages and posts Help maintain an organized content/asset library across projects Google Ads & reporting Support day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns for client accounts (budget monitoring, basic optimizations, reporting on performance) Pull and compile regular performance reports for clients (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn) Flag notable trends or issues in campaign/content performance to the team Client services support Report to our Client Services lead on day-to-day client account tasks beyond marketing execution Help keep client projects organized and on schedule What we're looking for 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship experience counts) Comfortable with spreadsheets and pulling together clean, organized reports Strong written communication — you'll be publishing content that represents client brands Organized and able to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines at once Eager to learn Google Ads and analytics tools if you don't already have hands-on experience with them Comfortable in a small-team environment where you'll wear more than one hat Nice to have (not required) Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) Experience scheduling/managing a LinkedIn company page or other social accounts Google Ads certification (or willingness to get certified early in the role) Interest in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing marketing What we offer Direct mentorship and hands-on experience across content, paid media, and client strategy — not siloed into one narrow task Real ownership of client-facing work early in your career A small team where your contributions are visible and valued
