Job Overview We are seeking a part-time Content Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing function with day-to-day content production and coordination. This is a junior role focused on executing content initiatives, including video production, event coverage, testimonials, and marketing materials across social media, YouTube, agency initiatives, and the company app.

Responsibilities Content Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate and schedule content recordings with internal teams
• Support planning of testimonials, interviews, and presentations

Photography & Videography:

• Capture testimonials, events, classes, and presentations
• Operate equipment and ensure quality output

Video Editing & Content Production:

• Edit content for social media, YouTube, company app, and agencies
• Adapt content for different channels
• Add subtitles and branding elements

Graphic & Marketing Support:

• Create flyers, presentations, and social graphics
• Update brochures and templates
• Ensure brand consistency

Content Organization:

• Upload and organize content within internal systems Experience Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, editing, etc.

Proficient in video editing tools Proficient in photography and videography Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
