Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns. Engage directly with prospective customers during promotional activities. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Support customer engagement and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Help coordinate daily marketing activities and promotional schedules. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
