You will be working with a small team to assist over 140 real estate agents throughout the Christie's First Coast Network.

Responsibilities include:

Basic administrative duties including opening/closing shop, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, greeting clients, placing supply orders, etc. Managing social media accounts for multiple real estate agents Using Canva to design digital & print marketing Developing marketing strategies for real estate agents Gain familiarity with our systems and tools to assist real estate agents Developing positive relationships with our agents and team members Qualifications Creative eye Experience with Photoshop or Canva preferred. Experience managing multiple social media accounts. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Proficient with Google Workspace or similar software. Proficient in Facebook Business Suite. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
