About the Role Advanced Marketing International of Mount Dora is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Assistant who can help design clean, professional visual materials. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization but also enjoys creating flyers, images, presentations, and branded documents.

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm with an hour lunch break (28 hours per week) Responsibilities Design simple graphics such as flyers, social media images, training materials, and branded templates Build and manage marketing campaigns for properties and products Assist with maintaining organized digital files and creating repeatable processes Help proofread, format, and clean up marketing materials or forms Support small creative projects as needed Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to design clean, modern visuals using tools like InDesign and Photoshop Experience with Mac a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
