As a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll work in person throughout the greater Tampa area supporting Verizon Wireless campaigns. You'll communicate current marketing offers, introduce available services, learn what customers are looking for, and support sales and enrollment while developing practical communication experience. Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Associate Learn current Verizon Wireless services, promotions, and key marketing messages before bringing those campaigns directly to customers. Start engaging conversations and adjust your communication style based on different personalities and questions. Turn marketing information about wireless services into clear, conversational explanations customers can easily understand. Listen to customer priorities and connect their needs with relevant Verizon options or current marketing offers. Help interested customers compare services and move confidently through sales and enrollment. Work alongside other Sales and Marketing Associate team members to share customer responses and strengthen future marketing conversations. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Associate Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and presenting ideas. Strong listener who can adapt conversations instead of relying on a scripted approach. Interested in communications, marketing, customer engagement, branding, or sales. Positive, dependable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, promotions, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level friendly and motivated to turn strong people skills into professional experience.
