Candidates must have a Ph.D. in business administration specialization in marketing from an accredited University or a Ph.D. in a related field from a university accredited in that field. Candidates ideally will have 2-6 years of experience as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at a well-regarded university. Applications are welcome from all marketing areas. Ideal candidates will have published in the most prestigious marketing journals (JM, JMR, JCR, MS) and have a strong pipeline of research in progress targeted at these same journals. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is also important, with the ability to contribute at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching interest in marketing strategy, marketing technologies, or sales is a plus but not required. This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position. The School of Marketing and Innovation at USF's Muma College of Business offers cutting-edge undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs across three campuses in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Advertising, including a PhD concentration in Marketing. The school's Center for Marketing and Sales Innovation leverages a state-of-the-art biometric-equipped Customer Experience and Artificial Intelligence Lab, and it also hosts one of the largest intercollegiate sales competitions in the world. The undergraduate AMA chapter has ranked as high as #4 among over 300 collegiate chapters. The Muma College of Business operates in an exciting, vibrant, and innovative environment and is well-integrated into the Tampa Bay region business ecosystem.
