This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, attending community events, and helping bring creative marketing ideas to life. The Junior Marketing Associate will work closely with our marketing team to carry out company initiatives, educate the community about chiropractic care, support in-office marketing efforts, and help connect new patients with our offices. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Bonus and commission opportunities are available based on meeting established marketing department goals. Responsibilities Represent the company at community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives Assist with planning, coordinating, and staffing marketing events Work with the marketing team to develop and carry out marketing initiatives Build and maintain professional relationships within the community Educate community members about our offices, services, and chiropractic care Support in-office marketing efforts, including patient referrals and customer service initiatives Help generate new patient opportunities through events, referrals, outreach, and advertising Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials Help track marketing activities, projects, and results Assist with maintaining established marketing budgets Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed Qualifications Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Comfortable speaking with and engaging new people Sales, customer service, marketing, or community outreach experience is a plus Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Dependable and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation required Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Schedule Full-time position Flexible schedule based on marketing and business needs Evening and weekend availability is required for community events and marketing initiatives
