Marketing Associate

Position Overview Armageddon Gear, a High Speed Gear Products Group affiliate, is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the continued growth of our family of brands across the tactical, law enforcement, military, outdoor, and shooting sports markets. This role will support day-to-day marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management, dealer and sales support, trade show coordination, product launches, and brand development across High Speed Gear, BlackPoint Tactical, Crucial Concealment, Comp-Tac Holsters, and Armageddon Gear. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where initiative, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork matter. Core Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, dealer, and social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and coordinate social media content across brand channels
• Support product launches, promotions, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Help maintain website content, product listings, dealer resources, and marketing assets
• Assist with product photography, video projects, content organization, and creative materials
• Coordinate trade show materials, promotional items, event assets, and logistics
• Monitor social media engagement, marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Track basic campaign performance and assist with reporting when needed
• Work with Sales, Product Development, E-Business, and other internal teams to support brand initiatives
• Help ensure brand consistency across all communications, materials, and customer-facing content Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or brand support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography, video editing, or similar creative tools preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
• Self-motivated, accountable, and willing to learn
• Interest in tactical, military, law enforcement, outdoor, shooting sports, or American manufacturing industries preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, accountability, and a team-first mindset to the organization.
