Based primarily on the St. Ambrose University campus in Davenport, Iowa, this position works closely with leaders across both institutions and includes occasional travel to the Mount Mercy University campus in Cedar Rapids. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in supporting strategic initiatives that advance the mission of two respected Catholic universities. Key Responsibilities Manage the Vice President's complex calendar, meetings, priorities, and communications. Provide administrative and operational support to division leadership. Coordinate strategic projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-through. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Organize leadership meetings, retreats, campus visits, and special events. Support budget administration, purchasing processes, and vendor documentation. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion. Serve as a key liaison among university leaders, faculty, staff, students, vendors, and community partners. Maintain efficient office operations, records, procedures, and shared resources across the division. What We're Looking For Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies. Effective collaborator with leaders and teams across the organization. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent two-year degree required. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in executive support, administration, project coordination, or a related professional field.
