Description:
O'Rourke Sales Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Product Management Assistant to support the sales team by promoting our vast collection of brands and products through various marketing mediums. Headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, this full-time position will report to the office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. O'Rourke Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Position Type:
Full Time (8:30am - 5:00pm) Monday -
Friday Responsibilities :
Maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) database including specs, dimensions, images, and persuasive copy Create and Maintain spreadsheet-based price sheets for the company. Inventory reporting as needed. Assist with content development and performance analysis of the company's email and social media marketing campaigns as needed. Communicate with vendors to request and obtain current, relevant product information and marketing assets. Help plan and prepare for trade shows throughout the year. Assist dealers with build sheets and web portal maintenance. Assist in completing the vast variety of project requests submitted to the Marketing Department Support other departments with the design and creation of shipping labels, bar codes, photo editing; whatever is needed to make their jobs more efficient.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Associates degree required. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work with FTP sites for upload/download of data. Adobe Graphics Software (Required) Experience and knowledge of print and digital marketing including but not limited to email and social media marketing (Required) Ability to work within a team and take pride of ownership in work performed Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solve Reliable attendance and work history Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while working on potentially short deadlines
