Job Description
We are a growing marketing, advertising, promotions, and retail events company looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, retail, promotions, and business development. Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and support to help you learn our processes and develop professionally. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will work alongside our team at retail events and promotional campaigns while developing valuable marketing and customer service skills.
Responsibilities may include:
Representing our clients and their products professionally at retail events and promotional campaigns Engaging with customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service Answering customer questions and explaining product features and benefits Supporting merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities Following company marketing, merchandising, and operational standards Participating in product knowledge and marketing training Learning about new clients, products, services, and promotional campaigns Helping create a positive customer experience while supporting client goals Working toward individual and team performance goals Learning and applying the marketing and promotional strategies used at our events Collaborating with team members and management in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, personable, and eager to learn. You do not need extensive marketing experience to apply.
