Full-Time Job Summary Eastern Idaho Property Management is seeking a professional, motivated, and outgoing Marketing & Leasing Agent to join our growing property management company. This position combines leasing, customer service, property marketing, and sales. The successful candidate will work directly with prospective tenants, current residents, property owners, and our management team to help keep our rental properties occupied with qualified tenants. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, is comfortable meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the company professionally. Leasing Responsibilities Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and in person. Schedule and conduct property showings. Explain rental rates, deposits, lease terms, policies, and property features. Follow up with prospective tenants after inquiries and showings. Process rental applications and required documentation. Assist with applicant screening according to company policies and applicable laws. Prepare leases, addendums, and move-in documentation. Coordinate tenant move-ins. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention. Maintain accurate leasing and applicant records. Communicate professionally with tenants, applicants, owners, vendors, and other team members. Marketing Responsibilities Market available rental properties through approved websites and listing platforms. Create and maintain attractive rental listings. Assist with property photos, advertising content, and marketing materials. Update rental availability and property information. Monitor advertising and prospective tenant responses. Assist with social media and online marketing efforts. Follow up with leads generated from advertising and rental websites. Help ensure vacancies are marketed quickly and professionally. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. The ability to manage multiple properties, prospects, and appointments. Strong computer and smartphone skills. The ability to work independently as well as with a team. A professional appearance and attitude. Strong attention to detail. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, marketing, customer service, or office administration is preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate. Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements, social media marketing, and online rental listing platforms is a plus. Driving Requirements A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. This position involves local travel to rental properties throughout the Eastern Idaho area for showings, inspections, marketing, and other business needs.
Schedule Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
