Associate About We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while representing the dealership both online and at community events.
Hourly Pay Range:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience (The Marketing Associate has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.00 - $17.00.)
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings. Manage the dealership websites when necessary. Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities. Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements. Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset. Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects. Create basic graphic design materials; Photoshop experience is a plus but not required. Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail, especially when handling vehicle pricing and website editing. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
