Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary difference in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking to add a Marketing Associate to our Marketing team. Position Purpose The Marketing Associate will support marketing and business development initiatives including partner programs and rebates, digital marketing projects, and lead generation campaigns and events. This role is ideal for someone organized, eager to learn, and collaborative, with a passion for building relationships and optimizing partner programs. Cultivate relationships with partners while researching and reviewing all available partner programs. Identify opportunities to increase rebates and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), review how MNJ can increase tier levels, and communicate opportunities to Sr. Director of Marketing.Assist with partner onboarding:
vet sales requests, develop partner SharePoint pages, and research/tracking partner requirements. Update the Partner Tier Tracker to reflect current program requirements for Tier 2 partners. Monitor the Partnership email inbox, responding to sales inquiries and miscellaneous requests. Attend and lead vendor cadence calls to enhance knowledge of partnerships and programs. Facilitate vendor sales engagements, including focus partner trainings, desk visits, and Strategic Vendor Showcases. Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager on MDF and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) opportunities. Maintain and update all vendor portal logins, assign access for employees during onboarding, and deactivate access during offboarding. Keep vendor SharePoint pages current with contact and program information Support customer and internal events as needed. Maintain SharePoint tagging system to keep content current. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including sales rep engagement. Support copywriting and collection of collateral content from subject matter experts and vendors. Assist with lead generation campaigns, including lead research and tracking outcomes. Assist with multi-dimensional social media projects, including video and employee engagement content. Support lifecycle management program/activities. Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and business development initiatives.Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. At least 1 year in administrative role that supported departmental projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Eager to learn and grow within the company. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Alignment with MNJ's vision, mission, and values. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
