The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication invites applications for a non-tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). A Ph.D. in this or a relevant discipline is preferable. The candidate will teach courses in the IMC undergraduate program and may also teach at the graduate level. Teaching responsibilities will include courses such as Principles of Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communication, Advertising Agency Operations, Consumer Buyer Behavior, Copywriting, and Media Planning. The candidate is required to engage in scholarly research and contribute to program development. The candidate will also be expected to actively participate in student advising, and department, school and university service. Demonstration of potential for excellence in teaching, research, and commitment to undergraduate and/or graduate education is expected.Requirements:
Description of requirements:- A Ph.D. in Marketing/Communication or a relevant field is preferable
- A proven record of strong relevant professional experience
- A proven record of strong relevant university-level research is preferable.
