Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Apartment Assistant Manager specializing in Marketing to join our dynamic property management team. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote available units and community amenities across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels. Manage property listings using property management software Entrata to ensure accuracy and visibility. Coordinate leasing activities by managing lease or rental agreement processes, including application screening, contract negotiations, and lease renewals. Engage with prospective tenants through client communication, phone etiquette, and personalized tours to maximize leasing conversions. Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law, and other compliance standards to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to legal requirements. Collaborate with property management teams on budgeting, facilities management, and property maintenance initiatives to support community appeal. Track marketing performance metrics using data entry and reporting tools; prepare regular reports on occupancy rates and lead generation activities. Assist in conflict management by addressing tenant inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally while upselling additional services or lease options when appropriate. Experience Proven experience in property management roles with a focus on marketing or leasing. Familiarity with property management software Entrata is a plus. Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment involving data entry, social media, and client communication. Excellent customer service skills complemented by negotiation abilities and conflict management expertise. Prior experience in property leasing combined with team management capabilities is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is preferred.
