Job Description

Experienced Receptionist needed for a local law firm. This role supports daily office operations while helping to market the firm.
Reception Duties:
Managing a multi-line phone system Greeting clients and guests Managing various conference room / attorney calendars Scheduling and routing client calls and appointments Scanning, photocopying, opening files and filing documents Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Marketing Duties:
Update customer contact lists and track marketing results in a database Schedule content on platforms like Facebook Design basic flyers using tools like Canva Help plan firm events, coordinate guest list emails / mailings
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist Some marketing experience preferred Great verbal and written skills for talking to clients and writing posts Needs to be process-oriented, organized and have a high level of accuracy Basic computer skills necessary with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, plus basic social media tools
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
