The position offers hands-on experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement. This is an entry to mid-level position with a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and benefits. Primary Responsibilities Photograph, edit, and publish luxury product listings for the website and digital platforms Write compelling and accurate product descriptions with strong attention to detail Maintain and audit inventory across the website, Google Shopping, and other multi-channel e-commerce platforms Assist with content creation and editing for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms Create SEO-focused product and website content to support digital marketing initiatives Respond to website chats, online inquiries, and customer submissions with exceptional customer service Assist in creating and scheduling marketing emails targeted toward online customers Support various digital marketing and e-commerce projects as needed Contribute ideas and feedback regarding marketing strategy, customer experience, and business growth opportunities Assist with online order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and customer follow-up Coordinate post-sale follow-up communication to encourage online reviews and strengthen customer relationships Build and maintain client relationships through sales opportunities as a secondary component of the role Required Qualifications Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong work ethic with a positive, growth-oriented mindset Ability to provide exceptional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with photography and/or video production Familiarity with SEO and digital content writing Previous e-commerce experience Sales or luxury retail experience Passion for luxury products, jewelry, fashion, or watches Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or a related field Why Join Moyer Fine Jewelers?
