P Marketing Intern

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of projects focused on brand awareness, content creation, communications, digital marketing, and general marketing activities. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional business-to-business environment while developing skills across multiple areas of marketing.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Assist with creating and editing marketing materials, presentations, flyers, graphics, and other promotional content. Support social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Assist with website content updates and maintaining accurate online information. Help develop and organize email marketing and internal/external communications. Support trade shows, customer events, company events, and other marketing activities. Assist with photography, video, and other content-creation projects as needed. Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research. Help maintain marketing calendars, files, databases, and other department resources. Assist with promotional products, branded materials, and inventory. Track and organize marketing data, reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments on projects and communications. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with social media platforms and/or graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Professional, dependable, and willing to learn. Social media management Photography/video editing Copywriting/content creation Basic knowledge of marketing analytics Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms
