Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by managing administrative tasks, supporting patient care, and enhancing our marketing efforts. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, marketing knowledge, and a passion for providing excellent patient service. Management of all aspects of office located in Lafayette. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries. Great interpersonal skills Clear communication Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, social media marketing, and content marketing to enhance our online presence. Physical practice door marketing . Support multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing and print advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction. Have good computer skills and marketing skills. Requirements Proven experience in a medical office or administrative role is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including B2B marketing and e-commerce strategies. Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising platforms is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
