Overview Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for cars, viral content, or local business growth? Our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) company is looking for a driven Marketing Intern to help take our brand to the next level. Paintless Dent Repair is a highly visual, fascinating process that makes for incredible social media and marketing content. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our digital footprint. You will capture satisfying before-and-after transformations, manage our social media channels, and support local marketing campaigns to bring more cars into our shop. This hands-on position offers real-world experience in content production, social media strategy, and local lead generation. Additionally, you will act as a key player in our expansion strategy. You will identify untapped local markets, build outreach frameworks for B2B clients (such as car dealerships, fleet managers, and detail shops), and implement data-driven marketing campaigns. This hands-on role is perfect for a business, marketing, or entrepreneurship student who wants measurable revenue growth on their resume. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital platforms. Support the creation of engaging content for social media posts, and advertising materials. Help manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to maximize reach and engagement. Contribute to SEO strategies by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for search engines. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign workflows and improve customer segmentation. Analyze web analytics reports to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, graphic design, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Skills Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices. Experience with multichannel marketing strategies including social media marketing and email campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic graphic design tasks. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems for managing campaigns and customer data. Familiarity with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics to interpret performance metrics. Ability to craft compelling content through excellent writing skills tailored for various audiences. Experience with digital advertising platforms like Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising methods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines. Demonstrated teamwork skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals. Passion for learning about demand generation marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments.
