Marketing Associate- Email Marketing will oversee development and execution of email campaigns that build and support brand relationships with subscribers for New Balance North America (United States and Canada).
Duration:
12 monthsMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide concise and timely project milestones, including risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure emails launch within deadlines
- Setup, test and launch email campaigns while ensuring quality assurance check is complete
- Prioritize projects in fast-paced environment
- Plan, develop and execute strategic A/B tests, analyze results and adapt appropriate improvements and learnings into campaigns and programs
- Edit html templates and create ad hoc emails and forms as necessary
- Understand email marketing best practices
- Understand list management and list hygiene principles
- Basic understanding of deliverability best practices
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years relevant marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Experience working with ESPs and with database segmentation targeting through campaign management tools
- Understanding of target consumer(s) & key strategies needed to win
- Familiarity with personalization
- Understanding of key e-commerce marketing concepts
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Results-driven with a strong ability to produce deliverables accurately, timely, and efficiently
- Superior attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated with drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
