Springfield, MA Job Details $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Word embeddings Productivity software Full Job Description Position Summary The Graduate Program Marketing & Recruitment Assistant supports outreach, promotion, and recruitment efforts for the College of Pharmacy's graduate program offerings. This role assists in developing marketing materials, managing digital and social media presence, coordinating recruitment events, and supporting prospective student engagement to help grow and strengthen graduate program enrollment. Essential Job Functions Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials Manage and update content for graduate program social media accounts and website pages Coordinate with faculty and staff to gather content (student spotlights, program updates, testimonials) for promotional use Support the creation of graphics, photos, or short videos for recruitment purposes Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned
Required:
Currently enrolled student in good academic standing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable engaging with prospective students, faculty, and staff professionally
Preferred:
Experience with social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Basic photo/video editing skills
