Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized, motivated Construction Administrative Assistant with marketing experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects and office operations organized while also helping our company strengthen its marketing and online presence.
Help track project deadlines, materials, permits, and important documentation. Support marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
Create and coordinate content showcasing completed projects, company news, and services. Help maintain a consistent and professional company brand.
Assist with customer follow-up, lead tracking, and basic CRM management.
Perform other administrative and marketing duties as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable learning and using project management, CRM, and marketing software. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with managers and field staff. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented. Construction industry experience is preferred Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction, contracting, or a related industry. Marketing or social media experience strongly preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable learning and using project management, CRM, and marketing software. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with managers and field staff. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
