Mission:

To provide a comprehensive genome, high-quality proteins, and antibodies built upon our proprietary cDNA clone collections through innovation and dedicated customer engagement, one target at a time. Requirements Manage website updates, landing page creation, troubleshooting content uploads using our Content Management System (CMS). Maintain and optimize the CRM, email automation, audience segmentation, and data integrity. Partner with IT to support marketing technology initiatives and system integrations. Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tools, platforms, and workflows. Develop and maintain dashboards to track website performance, campaign results, and CRM health. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in computer science, marketing technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of biology or life sciences. Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Content Management. Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience supporting website updates, integrations, and marketing technologies. Demonstrated knowledge of computer science principles and marketing strategies. Excellent English-writing, speaking and proof-reading skills are essential. Must be a team player with ability and desire to collaborate with diverse staff and support customers. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, and database applications). Organized and self-motivated. Passion for professional growth, team mentality, creativity, and a positive "can-do"/" yes" spirit. Physical Demands Employee must regularly sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects; and is occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
