We are a small, established college-property business in Ann Arbor looking for a smart, dependable colleague to become part of our team. This is not a traditional desk job -you'll have a mix of administrative, creative and hands-on responsibilities and plenty of independence. You might spend one day updating our website or helping market a property and another stopping by one of our homes to do a property check, making sure everything looks great, snapping a couple pics, or meet a contractor.

The role includes:
