Championship Martial Arts Sturgis Championship Martial Arts Sturgis is looking for a confident, organized, and goal-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to help grow our academy and create an outstanding experience for prospective and current students. This is not a passive front-desk position. You will be responsible for communicating with leads, scheduling appointments, supporting enrollments, assisting with marketing, and helping families take the first step toward martial arts training.

Schedule Options Part-Time:

Approximately 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday Some Saturday mornings Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week

Full-Time:

Approximately 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday Some Saturday mornings Applicants should clearly state whether they are seeking part-time or full-time employment. What You'll Do Respond promptly to new leads through phone, text, email, and social media Consistently follow up with prospective students and families Schedule introductory lessons and enrollment appointments Conduct introductory and enrollment appointments after training Learn each family's goals and help them select the appropriate program Explain our programs, schedule, pricing, and enrollment options clearly Maintain accurate lead, appointment, and follow-up records in our CRM Provide excellent service to current students and families Assist with social media content, promotions, and local marketing Support community events, graduations, and special programs Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming academy What We're Looking For At least 18 years old Friendly, confident, and professional Comfortable starting conversations and asking questions Disciplined about follow-up and completing assigned tasks Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and appointments Motivated by goals, measurable results, and personal improvement Coachable and willing to receive direct feedback Comfortable using texting, email, social media, and CRM software Available during the listed afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours Able to pass a background check Sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person who demonstrates strong communication, character, and work ethic.
