Job Description

POSITION TITLE
Marketing Associate
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is an associate level position that will require strong skills in communication, content collaboration, organization, problem solving, project management and analytics. This person will be responsible for one or more of the following work streams.
  • Development of patient-facing medical education events (both in-person and virtual)
  • Day to Day marketing operations, analysis, and reporting
  • Lead Community Health Talk program, supporting field team & customers with logistics, promotion, materials and patient ambassadors in order to enable successful events, assisting with patient education for local communities
  • Lead Hospital Marketing program to ensure customers receive up to date assets to assist with increasing Inspire therapy education to patient community In addition to field and marketing, this position will interface with many Inspire functional areas as well as with external vendors to meet field and marketing needs in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
This role must be flexible for changing priorities and able to manage their own responsibilities effectively.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
This role may include, but is not limited to the following activities:
  • Community Health Talk (CHT) Organization and Assistance o Assisting with all website CHT elements including approval of new requests, de-activating completed events, managing registration numbers.
o Tracking Monthly CHT Events o Coordinating with Sales field in assisting with CHT requests/trainings ? Providing post registration list ? Scheduling trainings for the field ? Creating new educational tools/videos to share with sales field ? Share best in class data and tools o CHT Customer Journeys maintenance & enhancements ? Email audits ? Email Creation Utilizing Templates ? A/B Testing ? Work with Marketing data analyst on metrics to build dashboards to collect data from CRM, G4, Meta,
  • Conduct marketing operations in digital, print and other educational formats (design team).
  • Paid social Media content working with (external agencies/vendors) including brand, social and UX/graphic team to update local and national CHTs creative as needed
  • Mediums/channels may include: o Paid Social Media channels and other digital marketing opportunities. o Website content with internal and external agencies o Social media with internal and external agencies o Collaborate with UX internal designer and/or graphics designer o Direct to patient and direct to physician CHT materials
  • Hospital Marketing execute to ensure assets we provide to any and all interested customers meets their needs and are kept up-to-date (brand, regulatory, and otherwise) assisting to increase patient pipelines
  • Complete all Inspire AssurX, Learning Line and Quality training as requested within required timelines.
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
  • Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related field
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required.
  • High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priories.
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including lead nurturing, market research, technology, and budgeting (Print, creative, and social media budget)
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with healthcare and/or educational events
  • Experience in a regulated industry (ex.
Healthcare, Medical Technology, Finance)
