Job Description Are you obsessed with aesthetic lighting, perfectly timed Reels, and the vibrant world of food and hospitality? Apex Aqua Vitae is seeking a dynamic Content Creation and Promotions Intern who can capture the magic happening behind our bar and across our lounge. In this role, you won't just post on social media; you will actively shape the digital identity of a premier local venue. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to highlight everything from our signature Dalgona Old Fashioned to our bustling weekend atmosphere, turning digital impressions into real-world foot traffic.

Key Responsibilities Dynamic Content Creation:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, high-aesthetic photo and video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing our menu, guest experience, and behind-the-scenes mixology.

Social Media Management:

Curate our grid, write engaging captions that match our sophisticated yet welcoming voice, and monitor daily community engagement.

Promotional Strategy:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for daily wine specials, seasonal menu launches, and exclusive private events.

Influencer & Community Outreach:

Identify and connect with local Triangle-area food, beverage, and lifestyle influencers to boost brand awareness.

Trend Spotting:

Keep a pulse on emerging audio trends, transitions, and platform features to keep our content fresh and highly competitive. Qualifications & Requirements Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating your photography, videography, or social media curation skills ( applications without a portfolio or link to creative work samples will not be considered ). Mastery of mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.) and native platform editors (TikTok/Instagram). Exceptional eye for visual composition, lighting, and detail. Strong written communication skills with the ability to channel a luxury brand voice. Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including some evenings and weekends to capture peak lounge energy.
