Full Job Description Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for someone coming from Sales, Business Development, or Account Management who wants to transition into marketing and reduce their travel while staying closely connected to revenue generation. The role focuses on existing customer base, using analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hydra, Iris, and consumables, then translating those insights into campaigns and direction for the TDR team.
Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience within Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role with a desire to move into marketing. Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience using Salesforce and sales analytics tools to analyze customer purchasing and consumables trends, track pipeline and commercial opportunities, and identify accounts that are on track versus underutilizing products. Experience identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base and translating customer data into actionable growth strategies. Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns through email, digital campaigns, webinars, sales tools, commercial content, and customer success stories.
Nice to have:
-Experience marketing or selling consumable products within an existing customer base in the healthcare space.
Responsibilities :
Analyze existing customers to identify upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption opportunities across Hydra, Iris, trays, cabinets, and consumables. Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify accounts that are on track versus behind in expected consumables usage. Provide TDRs with target accounts, priorities, and actionable strategies to drive additional customer revenue. Develop quarterly multi-channel campaigns focused on expanding existing customer relationships. Track campaign ROI, expansion pipeline, and revenue generated from marketing initiatives. Partner closely with TDRs and Regional Sales Managers to execute customer expansion strategies. Travel alongside TDRs when needed to support customer expansion initiatives.
