As our Marketing Assistant, you'll help make those decisions with entry-level training provided and hands-on guidance from experienced Marketing Executives and Marketing Managers. Based on-site in Fayetteville, you'll contribute to social media, SEO, content, online visibility, and e-commerce activity while learning how each part supports business goals. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with a salary of $46,000-$50,000 per year , depending on relevant education, transferable experience, and existing digital skills. The work you'll learn by doing You'll support live marketing campaigns and gradually take ownership of defined tasks and channels.
Your work will include:
Planning and scheduling social media posts, monitoring comments and engagement, and helping keep platforms current. Creating, editing, and coordinating digital content that reflects the company's voice. Supporting keyword research, on-page SEO, and website content updates. Helping prepare email marketing activity and checking that messages, links, and timing are accurate. Working with the e-commerce team on product visibility and online campaigns. Researching audiences, competitors, and market trends to help shape campaign ideas. Tracking engagement, website traffic, and campaign results; preparing simple reports and sharing useful findings with the team. You'll work closely with marketing and commercial colleagues, so you'll see how content creation, brand awareness, and sales goals connect. You won't be expected to arrive knowing every platform or run a strategy alone. Build a foundation in digital marketing Your training will cover our processes, tools, and approach to planning and measuring campaigns. You'll receive feedback on your work, learn to interpret performance data, and develop confidence using digital systems. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics is helpful, but you can learn them as part of the role. As your judgment and skills grow, you may take greater ownership of campaigns or specialize in social media marketing, content, SEO, or e-commerce. Those skills can provide a path toward a Digital Marketing Executive role.
