Live your best life with Merz Aesthetics. A Brief Overview The Global Strategic Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives for
BELOTERO
®. The position will focus on three main areas: supporting the development of a patient focused before-and-after project, assisting with marketing activities related to a global brand event and contributing to the creation of competitive materials for regional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment, working effectively with global and regional teams to support business objectives and contribute to the continued growth of the
BELOTERO
® brand globally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The intern will support Global Strategic Marketing activities for
BELOTERO
®, contributing to key global initiatives designed to strengthen the brand and support regional teams. The role will focus on the development of patient-focused before-and-after materials, support for a global brand event and competitive intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Before-and-After Project Support:
Support classification, segmentation and analysis of a patient-focused before-and-after project, including the organization, review, and consolidation of materials and information. 2.
Global Brand Event Support:
Assist with selected marketing activities and deliverables related to a global
BELOTERO
® brand event, working with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Competitive Deck Development:
Develop a clear and comprehensive competitive intelligence deck to support regional teams in understanding the competitive landscape and identifying relevant implications for
BELOTERO
®.
Presentation and Material Development:
Create and refine presentations and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the
BELOTERO
® brand identity, messaging, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to consolidate information from multiple sources. Ability to translate complex information into clear and understandable content. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred:
Interest in global marketing, aesthetics, brand management and medical aesthetics. Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis. Experience developing presentations, marketing materials, or communication assets. Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications Required :
Ability to work onsite three days per week Half-time availability (20 hours per week) Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality Genuine interest in marketing, strategy, or related fields Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)

Background in business Strong experience analyzing data
Education Required :
Recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate program in business, marketing, or a related field
