First, in partnership with the Director, help establish process and procedure for Fixed Ops marketing. Then support all Fixed Ops marketing strategies and tactics across all communication touchpoints. Second, this role is crucial in supporting the marketing team with key administrative duties and support as necessary. This person will be integrated across the marketing team and all that we do across Digital, Social, Traditional, and Community Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgets Owns tracking of the budget and reporting out accordingly on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Actualizes and monitors invoices accordingly in conjunction with finance Works in partnership with external partners on any billing and/or disputes Fixed Ops Helps to establish process and procedures for the marketing team, and external and internal partners to support marketing initiatives for Service and Parts marketing Supports marketing strategy and tactics for Fixed Ops after program is up and running Co-Op Processes co-op submissions Tracks co-op against spending/budget to ensure programs with OEMs In-Store Marketing Materials Lead management and distribution of inventory of in-store and on-lot marketing materials for network of stores Community Relations Assists with preparations for community events Participates in community events where and when applicable as needed Represents the Modern brand in accordance with company policy Digital, Social, and Traditional Marketing Support Supports each piece as needed in order to learn how the business runs Including but not limited to: reporting, follow-up calls, troubleshooting, SWOT analysis Helps to ensure a centralized marketing department supporting our network of dealerships Primary point of contact beginning of each month to gather updates on incentives and deals from the GMs. Will produce and keep a summary each month per store for team and external partners Required Skills, Experience, and Education Familiar with the fundamentals of marketing Understands the basics of digital, web, social, email, and traditional marketing This person must be ambitious and goal-oriented, but willing to roll-up their sleeves and get the work done Must work well with a team dynamic and embraces collaboration Attention to detail is vital Competent in
Microsoft Office:
