Job Description
Our team is expanding! We are looking for a Wellness coach that would also like the opportunity to help support our marketing with Facebook, tracking KPI, community connections, organization of events! We have an amazing team and Osteostrong Family that is focused on growing health and wellness at the foundation! Here is the list of duties for Wellness Coach which will also be a role of this team member!
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Create social media posts, videos, photos for sharing how awesome Osteostrong is! Responsibly for reactivation text campaigns and nurturing leads Event organization and planning for marketing and promotion- Greet and engage members in a prompt, positive and friendly manner
- Provide the highest level of customer service and hospitality to all members and prospective members
- Deliver Spectrum demos to prospective members
- Complete center tours with prospects and new members
- Assist management with day-to-day operations of the facility when needed
- Understand OsteoStrong service knowledge, policies, and procedures for operations
- Actively maintain facility cleanliness and organization between each session so each member receives the best OsteoStrong experience
- Complete opening and/or closing checklists
- Must be willing to partake in continued education
- Perform other center duties as needed
- Ensure member safety
- Support positive culture
- Memorize and use the phone script
- Provide Baseline Markers on the establish schedule
- Inbound and Outbound correspondence related to scheduling
- Open/ Close center per the established guidelines
- Welcome, engage, educate, and retain clients
- Promotes OsteoStrong and encourage new clients
- Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong's standards .
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High school diploma is required. Preferably continued education in the form of a Associates or Bachelor Degree. However, less formal education with more on the job experience may be substituted.Experience:
At least 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience highly preferred.KEY COMPETENCIES/ REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Organized with attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and deadline; the ability to multitask
- Script memorization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain Baseline Markers
- Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
Schedule and Pay:
- Monday-Friday - no weekends or late night shifts!
- Part time position non benefited up to 20 hours per agreement with management
