This position provides administrative, organizational, and hands-on support for Marketing and Special Events for all brands within the facility.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership of 2 social media brand accounts (iPlay America & District 933) across 6 social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). May be assigned to assist with other social brand accounts as needed (The Bistro, Topgolf Swing Suite, Capitale Kitchen & Bar, Warehouse 100 or others that may develop at a later date). Monitors and replies to all reviews on all platforms, including Google, social media, TripAdvisor, Yelp and others. Promotional Recaps & Reporting Works with COO to continuously monitor and update the monthly and yearly Promotional Outline for all brands. Local Sponsorship management, review, sort, and fulfill approved incoming requests. Donation management, fulfilling requests and filing. Management of all in-house TV screens, projectors, and billboards. Review and create approved schedules with the COO, responsible for ensuring compliance across all departments. Responsible for ordering print brochures, signage, posters, and other print materials needed. Monthly club database management including updating database, segmented lists, signups, master lists, past party bookings, corporate leads Raffle Prizes / fulfilling marketing trade as needed Assists COO with planning special events, responsible for event set ups and execution (in park events, such as Appreciation Nights, Kids Club Events, Seasonal/Holiday Events, etc.) Assists with the planning and execution of Warehouse 100 / Event Center @ IPA branded events (such as Coffee Festival, Sports Card Convention, and others as developed). Attends other onsite and offsite events as assigned. Manage in park signage updates and schedules. Creates and submits creative forms for new and updated marketing needs. Photobooth Management; ensuring it's in place for all appropriate events, pulling and uploading all email submissions after each event. Manage hours for all brands on websites, third party listings (Google, Apple, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook) Ensures all events and promotions are submitted to the Marketing agency and added to the correct website. Cross referencing marketing updates with the website to ensure accuracy Manage inventory of promotional items Assist COO with coordinating one-off holiday advertising for peak holidays. Update and manage seasonal reporting, gift cards, summer season pass, winter season pass, etc. Manage approved Groupon offers, ensuring Groupon's are posted at the correct times, valid dates are accurate, and changes are implemented as planned seasonally. Raffle Prizes / fulfilling marketing trade as needed Other duties as assigned. This position's base schedule is Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM, except for weeks in which there are assigned events, which will require nights and/or weekends depending on the event date.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
