Marketing Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Associate to take ownership of NAVAC's foundational marketing programs, campaign execution, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-directed marketer who can manage multiple priorities independently, bring strategic recommendations to the table, and represent the marketing department in cross-functional and external partner conversations. Primary Responsibilities, Duties and Functions (Including but not limited to the following)
HVAC Marketing Execution:
Serve as the primary driver of day-to-day HVAC marketing execution, leading the majority of marketing initiatives from planning through implementation. Coordinate priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and in alignment with business and brand objectives. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for leadership
Content Creation & Social Media:
Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms that supports brand, product, and campaign objectives. Manage the social content calendar, coordinate creative assets, and tailor content by platform to drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Influencer & Partnership Management:
Lead influencer relationships and partnerships, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and coordination and performance evaluation, ensuring programs support campaign objectives, brand priorities, and budget goals.
Digital Marketing & Optimization:
Oversee the effectiveness of key digital marketing channels and tools, including the distributor locator, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, engagement, and marketing performance.
Campaigns & Promotions:
Plan and lead email marketing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Analyze engagement and performance data and recommend optimizations to improve results.
Marketing Operations:
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and other external partners. Respond to escalated marketing inquiries, and lead or assist with additional marketing initiatives as assigned.
Tradeshow & Events Support:
Assist with planning and on-site execution of tradeshows and company events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns or projects. Strong content judgment and creative direction, with a good instinct for what makes content engaging, relevant, and potentially viral. Experienced with social and digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, including Adobe Creative Suite and Meta Business Suite. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with experience presenting to or advising leadership. Proficient with MS Office Software (Excel, Word) and design tools such as Canva. Experience supporting tradeshows and events. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is a plus.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
