We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Intern in New York to support our North America business. This role offers a unique opportunity for bilingual English and Spanish candidates to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and sales operations within an AI-driven, BFSI product-based fintech company. You will work closely with a high-energy, collaborative manager in a fast-paced environment, gaining mentorship, real-time feedback, and exposure to live business initiatives while supporting go-to-market execution for AI-powered banking and financial services products. ?
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Research:
Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and support lead generation efforts across the banking and fintech segments.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for enterprise clients in North America.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
Support digital campaigns, webinars, events, and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness in the region.
Content and Collateral Development:
Work with the marketing team to create localized content, including case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials.
CRM and Data Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and supporting pipeline tracking.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, including industry conferences and client engagements.
Market Intelligence:
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support go-to-market strategies.
Design and Creative Support:
Create marketing and sales assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms to support digital, social, and event initiatives. ???? Who We Are Looking For Recent graduates or students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales support (including prior internships). Strong communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail. Fluency in written and verbal English is required. Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus. Basic video editing skills are a plus, especially for social media and digital marketing content. A strong interest in technology, AI, and financial innovation. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Exposure to CRM or digital marketing platforms is a plus. Self-motivated, curious, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global fintech environment. ????
