Overview We are seeking an ON-SITE energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase our exceptional wood products and facility. You will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and supporting demand generation efforts across multiple channels to reach our target audiences effectively. Duties Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google AdWords Manage content marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials using content writing and copywriting skills Oversee social media marketing efforts to grow our online presence and engage with followers across various platforms Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decision making Coordinate advertising sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to promote our products through print advertising, digital ads, and other promotional channels Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content on WordPress, implementing HTML adjustments, and enhancing search engine rankings for targeted keywords Lead the customer experience through in-person tours and events Qualifications Must be located in Oneonta, NY or within a reasonable commuting distance Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, performance marketing, and demand generation marketing Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics reporting, and marketing automation tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing project management tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engaging content that drives results Experience working with B2B (business-to-business) markets or in e-commerce environments is preferred Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress website management is advantageous Join us as a Marketing Associate to help elevate our brand through innovative digital strategies while gaining valuable experience in a unique industry.
