Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant with a flair for marketing to join our vibrant team. Duties Manage marketing operations, including social media, email, and print Support with administrative tasks including transaction management and team planning Support marketing initiatives by creating content, proofreading materials, and coordinating promotional activities Utilize computer skills including Google Workspace, Canvas, and Social media platforms Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong computer proficiency Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs Exceptional phone etiquette Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Strong time management skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities Join us to be part of a lively team where your contributions directly support our growth!
