Associate Manager, Marketing The Impact You'll Make Now is a great time to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team at Danfoss, a global leader in engineering solutions that help the world use resources in smarter ways. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to support marketing and communications initiatives for the Data Center business unit. In this role, you will help drive both proactive and reactive communications, ensuring that technical information is translated into clear, accurate, and compelling content for internal and external audiences. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to support product launches, customer communications, technical content creation, trade show preparation, and other strategic marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical subject matter experts, creating high-quality content, and managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail. This role is onsite in Utica and has a salary range of 68-80K based on experince and industry knowledge. What You'll Be Doing Support customer-facing communications related to product lifecycle activities, including product changes, discontinuations, replacement products, and quality notifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate, customer-focused communications and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery. Create, review, and refine technical and marketing content, including white papers, case studies, technical articles, customer success stories, and thought leadership materials. Support broader marketing initiatives by leveraging technical expertise and customer insights to enhance Danfoss' brand awareness, industry leadership, and market engagement. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field, along with experience in marketing, product management support, technical communications, or a related role. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data center infrastructure, liquid cooling technologies, thermal management solutions, or related technology markets. Experience writing or supporting the development of white papers, case studies, technical articles, customer stories, or thought leadership content. Experience with content management, marketing automation, or digital marketing tools. Job Criteria Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content review capabilities. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-focused messaging. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to identify content opportunities and drive initiatives forward. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams. High level of accountability and ownership from project initiation through completion.
