Job Description
Overview As a member of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Lifecycle Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting customer engagement initiatives across a variety of marketing channels. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you will assist with campaign coordination, marketing operations, reporting, and customer communications while learning how lifecycle marketing helps build lasting customer relationships.
This internship is designed to provide exposure to lifecycle marketing, customer journey concepts, campaign planning, marketing analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced DTC environment. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and the role data plays in creating meaningful customer experiences.

Responsibilities What you will do:
Lifecycle Marketing Support- Assist the marketing team with the preparation and coordination of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and other customer communication channels.
- Support campaign setup activities by helping organize creative assets, project documentation, and campaign schedules.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) reviews to help verify campaign accuracy, formatting, links, and brand consistency prior to deployment.
- Help maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and marketing documentation.
- Gain exposure to customer lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and cross-sell Marketing Analytics & Learning
- Assist in gathering campaign performance data and preparing basic reports for the marketing team.
- Help organize marketing metrics and identify general trends under the guidance of team members.
- Conduct research on marketing trends, customer engagement strategies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and asking questions to support campaign planning. Team Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work alongside Marketing and other business partners to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Assist with reviewing marketing materials and customer communications for accuracy and consistency.
- Support administrative and operational tasks that contribute to successful campaign execution.
- Participate in training opportunities to build knowledge of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, marketing technology, and financial services marketing. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications High School Diploma
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital/Traditional Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Completion of introductory coursework in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Interest in learning about customer lifecycle marketing and digital/traditional marketing concepts.
- Required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Preferred Familiarity with Excel for organizing data and creating simple reports.
- Preferred Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools.
- Preferred Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
- Preferred Willingness to learn new marketing technologies and software.
