Job Description

Innovative Products of America (IPA®) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support daily marketing, online sales and customer service activities. This position works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and coordinates with the Sales, Production and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities Create content for social media, articles, product pages, advertisements and sales materials. Create basic graphics and promotional content for digital platforms. Schedule social media posts and monitor comments, messages and interactions. Monitor advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and Bing. Create, update and maintain product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other marketplaces. Manage product copy, images, A+ Content, pricing and inventory information. Monitor duplicate listings, unauthorized resellers, MAP compliance and brand consistency. Track customer reviews, questions, listing issues and marketplace performance. Update website product pages, images, copy, articles and downloadable materials. Assist with ecommerce, advertising and marketing performance reports. Support product launches, promotions and other marketing projects. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic customer questions and order entry as needed. Qualifications Strong writing, communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable learning ecommerce, social media and advertising platforms. Basic graphic design or image-editing experience is preferred. Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, WordPress, WooCommerce or digital advertising platforms is a plus. Previous marketing, ecommerce or customer service experience is helpful.
Pay:
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour
