This is a fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building customer relationships, and helping grow Ohio's leading Kia dealership. Responsibilities Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms Film and edit short-form videos and promotional content Manage and update dealership website specials and promotional offers Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives Monitor and respond to online reviews while helping maintain a positive dealership reputation Communicate with customers to ensure an outstanding ownership experience Follow up with customers to help maintain high customer satisfaction Assist with community events, promotions, and dealership marketing projects Work closely with the sales and management teams to promote inventory and current offers Qualifications Experience in marketing, social media management, customer service, or a related field preferred Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Canva, or similar is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Valid driver's license required Schedule Full-Time Weekend availability required as needed Why Join Ken Ganley Kia Medina?
